BOLIVAR, Tenn. - A current employee of the State of Tennessee Department of Children's Services (DCS) is charged with Solicitation of a Minor police said. On March 2, a girl discovered a note in her car at local business in Bolivar, Tennessee. The child and her parents reported the incident to Bolivar Police Department (BPD) who began the investigation. BPD partnered with Jackson Tennessee's Police Department's Internet Crime Against Child Task Force for assistance. On March 7, the suspect met with an underage girl with the intention of having sex with her at an undisclosed location in Jackson, Tennessee.
